It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this
County do pay unto Mr. Thomas Mussendine< no role > the Sum of
thirty Six Shillings for his Expence in going Several times by
Order of his Majestys Justices of the Peace to the Masquerades at
Ranelagh House at Chelsea in order to discover what Offences
were there committed and to bring the Offenders to Justice, And
that his Receipt together with this Order Shall be a Sufficient
Discharge to the Said Treasurer for Such payment

delivered at Clerkenwell
Bridewell .} An Account being laid before this Court by Edward
Chandler of Coffins delivered to Clerkenwell Bridgewell in
this County for the Burial of Prisoners who dyed in the Said
Prison from the tenth day of April 1749 inclusive to the 15th day
of January 1750 inclusive amounting in the whole to the Sum of
Nine Pounds and ten Shillings, which he prayeth may be paid
unto him by the Treasurer of this County, And It appearing to
this Court by Certificate under the hands of George Errington< no role > and
Boulton Mainwaring< no role > Esquires two of his Majestys Justices of the
Peace of this County that they have examined the Said Account,
and do allow there is due to the Said Edward Chandler< no role > the Said Sum
of Nine Pounds and ten Shillings, It is thereupon Ordered by this
Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County do pay the Said
Sum of Nine Pounds and ten Shillings unto the Said Edward
Chandler in full of his Said Demand, whose Receipt together
with this Order Shall be a Sufficient Discharge to the Said
Treasurer for Such payment.
