Order for inspecting
the Account of the Inspected
employed to take Care of
the distempered Cattle
in Middx and also the
Bill of Mr. James Wilder< no role > }

It is Ordered by this Court that it be, And It is hereby
recommended and referred unto his Majestys Justices of the Peace
of this County herein after named (to wit) Thomas Lane< no role > John
Milner Henry Butter Pacey Henry Norris< no role > Robert Tothill< no role > ,
Barwell Smith< no role > , Richard Ricards< no role > , Philip Dyot< no role > , Robert Paul< no role >
Peter Elers< no role > , William Withers< no role > , George Errington< no role > Boulton
Mainwaring, Henry Cheare< no role > , Thomas Smith< no role > , John Lawton< no role > and
Walter Berry< no role > Esqr , and Such other Justices of the Peace of this
County as Shall think fit to be present or any three or more of them
as a Committee to meet at Hickshall in St. John Street on
Thursday the thirteenth day of September next at ten of the Clock
in the forenoon to inspect the account of Moneys claymed to be
due to the Inspectors employed to take care of the distempered
Cattle in this County, and also to inspect the Bill of Mr. James
Wilder as Clerk to his Majestys Justices of the Peace of this County
appointed to take care of the Said distempered Cattle for Business
by him transacted and Moneys by him disbursed in relation
thereunto, and to State what is due or ought to be paid to the
Said Inspectors or any of them upon their Said Account, and also
to the Said Mr. Wilder upon his Said Bill, deducting thereout
the Sum of ten Pounds directed to be paid to him by the Trearer
in part thereof, And to make their Report to the Court on the
County day of the next General Sessions of the Peace for the
Said County at two of the Clock in the Afternoon.

By adjornment on Thursday the 12th. day of July 1750.

Constable within the
Hundred of Spelthorn on
Accot. of Moneys by him
disbursed for the passing
& relieving Vagabonds.}

It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this
County do pay unto Mr. Edward Haster< no role > High Constable within
the Hundred of Spelthorn in this County the Sum of twelve Pounds
Nine Shillings and Nine Pence in full of his Demand on account
of Moneys by him disbursed for the passing and relieving
Vagabonds & Vagrants, whose receipt together with this Order
Shall be Sufficient Discharge to the Said Treasurer for Such
payment.
