Order for Mr. Higgs the
Trearer to pay £1.3s.0d.
to Mr. John Daniel< no role > Depty
Cryer for his pains & trouble
in posting up printed Copys
of Orders of Sessions for
Suppressing unlawfull
Fairs.}

It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this
County do pay unto Mr. John Daniel< no role > Deputy Cryer of this Court
the Sum of One Pound and three Shillings allowed to him by this
Court for his Paines & trouble in posting up a considerable
Number of printed Copys of Orders made at the Sessions of the
Peace for Suppressing unlawfull Fairs and disorderly Practices
in Holborn Division , Finsbury Division & the Tower Division
and at a place called May Fair in the Said County, And that
his Receipt together with this Order Shall be a Sufficient
Discharge to the Said Treasurer for Such payment.

By adjournment on Thursday the 13th. Day of July 1749 before

Order for appointing Mr.
Francis Lee< no role > High Constable
within the Hundred of
Edmonton in the place
and Stead of Mr. Henry
Hill.}

Application being made unto this Court by Mr. Henry Hill< no role >
High Constable within the Hundred of Edmonton in this County
praying to be discharged from his Said Office of High Constable,
This Court upon Several Reasons offered for his being discharged
therefrom Doth appoint Francis Lee< no role > Gent . a person inhabiting
within the Said Hundred of Edmonton to be High Constable the Same
Hundred in the place & Stead of the Said Henry Hill< no role > , and doth
Order that the Said Francis Lee< no role > do forthwith (after Notice to him
given of this Order) attend one of his Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the
Peace of this County residing in or near the Said Hundred and take
his Oath before Such Justice of the Peace for his due execution of
the Office of High Constable within the Hundred of Edmonton aforesaid,
And from and after the time of his having taken Such Oath the
Said Henry Hill< no role > is to Stand absolutely discharged from being High
Constable within the Said Hundred.
