of the Moneys which would become payable to the Said
Executors or Administrators or any of them on account of
repairing & keeping the pavement of the Said Hay Market
in repair, And It is further Ordered by this Court that the
above named Robert Hucks< no role > Esquire be Chairman of the
Said Committee of Justices of the peace above mentioned
And that they or any two or more of them be desired to
meet together, and to take a view of the Said Hay Market
and See in what Condition the Same is, And if any part
or parts of the pavement thereof are out of repair, Then
to proceed in Such manner as is above directed to enforce
the repair thereof.

By Adjornment on Thursday the tenth day of May 1744 .

Order for Mr. Higgs the
County Treasurer to pay the
Charge & Expence of
printing the respective
Orders of Sessions agt.
Tottenham Court Fair
and the Welch Fair, and
the Order for altering
the time of holding the
Mid Summer Quarter
Sessions 1744.}

It is Ordered by this Court that an Order of this present
Sessions made on this tenth day of May instant to Suppress
Disorders at Tottenham Court Fair in the Parish of St. Pancras
in this County be twice printed in one of the publick News
papers, and that the Same be also printed, in an Open Street
of paper and four hundred printed Copys of the Same Order
be delivered in order to be publickly posted up for the better
Notification thereof, And also that another Order of this present
Sessions made the Same day to Suppress disorders at a pretended
Fair called the Welch Fair and elsewhere in the Parish of
St. James Clerkenwell in the Said County be twice printed
in one of the publick News papers, and that the Same be also
printed in an Open Street of paper, and four hundred printed
Copys of the Same Order be delivered in order to be publickly
posted up for the better Notification thereof, And that another
Order of this present Sessions made the Same day for altering the
time of holding the next Mid Summer Quarter Sessions of the
peace for this County (which is now appointed to beginn on Monday
the twenty fifth day of June 1744) be twice printed in one of
the publick News papers for the better Notification of the Same
And this Court doth further Order that the Charge and Expence
of printing the Said respective Orders as aforesaid be defrayed
and paid by Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County, and that
the Same be allowed to him upon his Account.
