they Shall think proper And that the Said Committee be at
liberty to employ Mr. Steadman to be Surveyor or
not as they Shall think fit, And if they do not appoint him to
be Surveyor, Then to Order a Compensation to be allowed &
paid to him by the Treasurer for his trouble already had on
account of the Middx part of the Said Bridge, And also to cause
one Pile to be drawn up from the lower Side of the Bridge in
each Tire< no role > from the fourth Row on each Side, and to drive one
new Pile in the upper Side of each of the Said Tires, and to drive
Angle piles in th upper and lower Side of the two Middle or
great piers to be well braced and planked as is above Specifyed
in the Said Report, And to direct and cause all Such other
Matters to be done in and about the repairing the Middx part
of the Said Bridge and the Security thereof as they Shall think
necessary, and to direct the Treasurer to pay Such other Sums
as they Shall think necessary in relation to the Premisses,
And the Said Committee are desired to inspect the Account of
the Expence occasioned by the Meetings of the Middx Committee
with the Surry Committee of Justices upon account of the Said
Bridge , And to be at liberty to Order the Same to be paid
by the Treasurer, unto Mr. James Prelleur< no role > who disbursed the
Same, And It is further Ordered by this Court that what
Sum or Sums of Money Shall be paid by the Treasurer by
direction of the Said Committee in pursuance of this Order
shall be allowed to him upon his Account.

It is Ordered by this Court that it be And It is hereby
recommended and referred to the Same Committee to which
there repairing of the Middx part of Chertsea Bridge is
committed, to inspect the Account of Mr. Samuel Weaver< no role >
Collector of the Toll money of the Hay Market in the Parishes
of St. Martin in the Fields and St. James in the Liberty of
Westminster in this County for the Year 1743 of the Moneys
by him reced in that Year for the Toll of the said Market
and how the Same hath been disposed of.
