Whereas by a report dated this thirteenth day of Janry.
instant of Sr. Joseph Ayloffe< no role > Houlding Bart. James
Clitherow Esquire and John Poulson< no role > Esquire three of
his Majesties Justices of the Peace of this County being a
Quorum of the Committee of the Justices of the peace for
the said County (to whom It was referred by an Order
of Sessions of the Ninth day of December last to
Consider of the demands of Workmen therein Named
of Moneys due to them for work done at Brentford
Bridge, and to State and adjust what was due to each,
person respectively) It appeareth to this Court that
the respective Sums of Money herein after mentioned
and hereby Ordered to be paid are due to the respective
persons herein after named for work by them done at
the said Bridge or for Business transacted for matters
relating to the new building the said Bridge, to
which report this Court doth agree, And doth thereupon
Order that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County
do as Money Comes to his Hands pay unto Mr. Thos.
Horne for attending at the new Bridge and taking
Care that no bad or Sammel bricks were Used, for
looking the labourers that were employed by the day
too keep them to their works and for attending on the
Paviors to See that they use no Stones but what were
of a Proper Size Etc the Sum of five Pounds & five Shillings
unto Mr. James Horne< no role > for measuring the temporary
bridge, Viewing Butlers and kidwells Houses near
Brentford Bridge , making a Report of Ditto, estamate
of repairs, for attending the Justices at Old Pallace
Yard, Hicks hall & Brentford , and for Measuring the work
at the new Bridge and makeing up and Settleing all the
Accounts the Sum of twenty Six Pounds five Shillings
unto Mr. Samuel Bond< no role > for Measuring and Settleing Etc.
the Several Works of the Bridge as above fifteen Pounds
Fifteen Shillings unto James Ashley< no role > Pastry Cook for
the damages done him in making Use of his Cellar to
