building the Said Bridge hath a considerable Sum of
money due to him for his work and materials in &
about new building the Same, This Court doth direct
that Such other Bridge money (over & above the Said
one hundred pounds hereby directed to be paid to the
Said Charles Marquand) as now is or may come to
the Said Treasurer hands be by him retained untill
Mr. Bond and Mr. Horne Shall Settle
& ascertain the respective Sums of money due to the
Said Mr. Dunne & Mr. Marquand respectively for new
building the Said Bridge and finding materials for
that purpose.

By Adjornmt. on Thursday the 15th. day of July 1742 .

of Holborn Division to
beat liberty to deduct
his charge & expence
for precepts Etc out
of the County Rate
money to be by him
paid over to the
Treasurer }

This Court being informed that Mr. John Wilson< no role > high
Constable of Holborn Division in this County hath been at
Some charge & expence for precepts by him issued forth to
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the Several
parishes & places in the Said Division for raiseing the
respective Sums of money assessed thereupon by Several
Orders & Rates made at Several Quarter Sessions of the
peace for the Said County by Vertue of the late Act of
Parliament for the more easy assessing collecting & levying
of County Rates, which he prays may be paid or allowed
unto him, It is Ordered by this Court that the Said high
Constable upon his delivering an account in writing of
Such charge to expence unto the Treasurer of this County
be at liberty to deduct the Same out of the County Rate
money to be by him paid over to the Said Treasurer.

It is Ordered by this Court that it be And It is hereby recomended
and referred unto the Committee of his Maties Justices of the
peace for this County (appointed to [..] State & adjust the
publick Accounts of the Said County) and particularly unto
