of whom the Petr. holdeth the Said premisses, and whether
of any person clayming under the aforesaid lease granted
to the Said James Baynham< no role > and what yearly rent the
Petr. pays for the Same and to whom, and to considerof
what yearly rent the premisses after being repaired are
in their Judgement worth to be let, And to make their
Report touching the premisses unto this Court.

At the General Quarter Session of the peace of our Sovereign Lord< no role >
the King, begun and holden for the County of Middx at Hicks
hall in St. John Street in the County aforesaid on Monday, the
Seventh day of July in the Fourteenth year of the reign of our
Sovereign Lord< no role > George the Second, King of Great Britain Etc
before Thomas Lane< no role > Nicholas Jeffreys< no role > James Clitherow< no role > Robert
Huck Simon Michell John Stevens< no role > Merry Teshmaker John
Poulson Esqr . and other their Fellows Justices of our Said Lord the
King assigned to keep the peace in the County aforesaid, and
also to hear and determine divers Felonys Trespasses and
other Misdeeds comitted in the Same County, and from thence
continued by Several Adojrnments until this Day (to wit)
Thursday the tenth day of the Same Month of July in the
year aforesaid and on the Same day holden by Adjournment
at Hicks hall aforesaid in and for the Said County before the
above named Justices and other their Fellows aforesaid.

or allowances for the
maintaining & passing of
Rogues & Vagabonds untill
October Session 1740, At
which Session a New Order
is to be made}

His Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the peace for the County of Middx
now assembled, at this General Quarter Session of the peace
holden for the Said County in pursuance of the Statute made
in the thirteenth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George
the Second, Intituled, An Act for amending and enforcing the
Laws relating to Rogues, Vagabonds and other idle and
disorderly persons,and for reducing the Laws for erecting
providing and regulating Houses of Correction, Do hereby order,
limit, appoint and direct, That the Several Rates or Allowances
per Mile, or otherwise to be made by any Justice or Justices of the
peace for the Said County, to any Constable, or other Officer of
the Same County, for the Passing Conveying or Maintaining
of Rogues, Vagabonds, or incorrigible Rogues, to be passed or
conveyed, as by the Said Act is directed, Shall be untill the next
General Quarter Session of the peace for the Said County,
as followeth, that is to Say, for maintaining of all and
every Such Rogues, Vagabonds, of incorrigible Rogues, the
Rate of Allowance of Six pence for every Such person for
for four and twenty hours and So after that Rate for a longer
or Shorter Time, and for the passing or conveying of any
Such person or persons, whose Names are contained in one
