His Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the peace for the County of Middx this
day assembled at this present Sessions Do unanimously Order
that their thanks be and they are hereby given unto Robert
Hucks Esquire & John Laroch< no role > Esqr . two of his Majesty< no role > 's of the
peace for this County and and also Members of the honble.
House of Commons for their paines care & trouble in & about
the procureing & passing a late Act of Parliament,
Intituled, An Act for the more easy assessing, collecting, and
levying of County Rates, and for their attendance and
diligence on that occasion.

Order concerning the
electing a new high
Constable of the Tower
Division in the Stead &
place of Mr. Robert Yates< no role >
deced}

Whereas Robert Yates< no role > Gent late high Constable of the Tower
Division within the Hundred of Ossulston in this County is
lately dead, And It being requisite that a new high Constable
Should be forthwith appointed for the Said Division It is
Ordered by this Court that it be And It is hereby recomended
unto his Maties Justices of the peace for this County residing
within the Same Division to assemble & meet together at
Whitechappel Court house within the Same Division on
Thursday the twenty first day of June instant at ten of the
clock in the forenoon to consider of and recomend a fit and
proper person or persons for high Constable of the Said
Division, And to retorn the name or names of Such person
or persons to the Court of the next General Quarter Sessions
of the peace to be holden for this County by adjornment on
Thursday the Nineteenth day of July next at one of the clock in
the afternoon, to the intent that the Court may on that day
appoint a fit & proper person to be high Constable of the Same
Division within the Said Hundred of Ossuston in the Stead & place
of the Said Robert Yates< no role > And notice of the aforesaid Meeting at
Whitechappel Court house for the purpose aforesaid is to be
given to all the Justices of the peace residing within the Said
Division.

Shagling Seamen for

After Our very hearty Commendation to Your Grace.
Whereas His Majesty< no role > 's Service doth at this time require a
Speedy Supply of Able Seamen and Seafaring Men for
compleating the Number of those that are wanting to Mann
His Majesty< no role > 's Fleet which is now fitting out-We do therefore by his
Majesty' s Command hereby Pray and require Your Grace to call
upon the Justices of the peace within the County of Middx and City
and Liberty of Westminster whereof your grace is Custos
