Order and direct such repairs to be done to the said House of Correction
as they shall upon their view think necessary to be immediatly
done to the same not exceeding five Pounds Cover and above
the Sum of three Pounds allowed on Account of doing some
repaires thereto by Order made in December Sessions last And
that the money which shall become due to any Person or
Persons for doing such repairs as shall be directed to be done
by the said Committee or any three of them pursuant to this
Order be paid by the Treasurer of this County to such Person or
Persons as the said Committee or any three of them shall by
writing under their Hands in that behalf direct and appoint

} Whereas a [..] Writing, hath been delivered to this Court,
bearing date the twelfth day of January 1738 purporting to be
under the hands of John Hopes Daniel Vandewall & Jacob
Hagen directed to the Justices of the peace of the County of Middx
Assembled at the Quarter or General Sessions of the peace
holden for the Said County, In which writing It is mentioned
That by Indenture of Lease bearing date the twentyeth day
