and confirmed, And this Court Doth thereupon further
Order That it be And It is hereby recomended and referred
unto the aforesaid Committee named in the Said former
Order made in December Sessions last (to wit) Nathaniel
Blackerby

Michell

< no role > & Richard Farmer< no role > Esquires fourteen of his
Maties Justices of the peace for this County or any
three or more of them as a Committee to treat with
Some able workman or workmen touching the
painting, white washing, and doing the repaires above
mentioned, and to take an estimate of what the expence
thereof will amount unto in each Sort of work
respectively, And to late a Contract from Such
workman or workmen for the Said painting, white
washing, and doing the Said repaires in a Sufficient &
Substantial manner within a limited time, and for a
reasonable Sum to be in that behalf expressed & agreed
upon for each Sort of work respectively, And as to the
other matters Specifyed in the Said Report concerning
what debts are already incurred for repairs done at
Hicks hall , and to whom the Same are due, or ought to
be paid, and how the expences of the repaires may be
provided for, which the Committee had not considered
of, This Court doth recomitt the Same to the consideration
of the Said Committee, who are hereby desired to make
their Report in writing touching the whole premisses
to the Court of General or General Quarter Sessions of the
peace for this County.
