At Westmr. on Thursday in the week next after the Feast
of St. Michael the Archangel (to wit) the Sixth day of
October 1737.

Order concerning the
election of a Chairman of
the Sessions}

It is Ordered by this Court that the Election of a Chairman
of the General and General Quarter Sessions of the peace
to be holden for this County of Middx before Lady day
next, be taken into consideration on the County day of
this present Quarter Sessions to be holden by adjournment
at Hicks Hall (to wit) Thursday the thirteenth day of
October instant,

At Westmr. on Thursday in the week next after the
Feast of St. Michael the Archangel (to wit) the Sixth
day of October 1737.

Esqr . for his learned
and usefull Charge}

His Maties Justices of the peace for this County now
assembled at this present General Quarter Sessions of
the peace holden for the Said County Do order that their
thanks be and they are here by given unto Nathaniel
Blackerby
< no role > Esquire one of his Maties Justices of the peace
for the Same county for his learned and usefull Charge
by him this day given to the Grand Jury and other
Jurys assembled at this present Sessions,

By Adjournmt. on Thursday the 13th. day of October
1737.

It is Ordered by this Court that it be And It is hereby
recomended and referred unto the right honble. George

Justices of the peace for this County or any three or more
of them as a Committee to assemble & meet together
at the chambers of Mr. John Higgs< no role > in Chancery Lane
on Saturday the twenty Second day of October
instant at ten of the clock in the forenoon, and to
examine what moneys have been advanced &
paid by any and which of the Justices of the peace of
this County on account of defraying the Expence in &
about making the defence to the allegations
contained in the Petition of complaint preferred to
the honble. House of Commons against the Justices
of the peace of the Said County, And to consider if
