Order for the County Orders
to be perused & Settled by the
Chairman }

It is Ordered by this Court that all Orders (for the future) of
the General Quarter or General Sessions of the peace for
this County to be entred in the publick Book as County orders,
be perused and Settled by the Chairman before they be
entred.

By Adjornmt. on Thursday the 7th. day of July 1737

Order that no writt of
Cerciorari for removing
any publick Order relating
to this County be returned
before the Chairman hath
perused the return}

It is Ordered by this Court that no writt of Certiorari
(which may hereafter be obtained for removeing into the
Court of King's Bench any publick Order or Orders relating
to this County which Shall be made by the General
Quarter or General Sessions of the peace for the Said County)
Shall be retorned into the Said Court of Kings Bench before
the Chairman of the Said Sessions hath perused the
Retorn of Such writt,

Order for Mr. John Higgs< no role > the
General Trearer to
reimburse & pay to Peter
Walter Esqr. the Clerk of the
peace £10..10s by him
advanced & paid as
exhibition money on
account of the Prisoners
of the King's Bench &
Marshalsea Prisons }

It appearing to this Court that Peter Walter< no role > Esqr . Clerk of
the peace of this County advanced & paid unto Mr. Joseph
Mason
< no role > the Receiver under the Lord cheif Justice of the Court
of King's Bench in the years 1727:1729:1730:1731: and 1732
being five years for the poor prisoners of the King's Bench
and Marshalsea prisons the money payable to them from
this County comonly called exhibition money (to wit) the
Sum of two pounds in each of the Said years amounting
together to the Sum of ten pounds and two Shillings for the
acquittance given by the Said Receiver for the Same in each
of the Said Years amounting together to ten Shillings more,
which moneys Should have been paid out of the Rates
made for raiseing monys for the Said Prisons and ought
to be reimbursed & Satisfyed to the Said Mr. Walter, It is
Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > General
Treasurer of this County do out of the money by him
received or to be received on account of the Said Prisons
reimburse and pay the Said Sums of ten pounds & ten
Shillings unto the Said Mr. Walter the Clerk of the peace or
to his Deputy for his use, whose receipt Shall be a Sufficient
discharge to the Said Treasurer for Such payment
