Order for adjorning to the
next General Sessions the
delivering in an Account of
those Justices who have
contributed & of those who
refuse to contribute to
defrey the Expence in &
about making the defence
to the Allegations contained
in the Petition of complaint
to the House of Commons
agt. the Justices}

It is Ordered by this Court that the delivering in an Account
(from the Committed in this behalf appointed) of the names
of the Jutices of the peace of this County who have contributed
and of those who refuse to contribute to defray the expence
in & about making the defence to the Allegations contained
in the Petition of complaint which was preferred to the
honble. House of Commons against the Justices of the
peace of the Said County, be adjourned to the County day
of the next General Sessions of the peace to be holden
for the Same County.

Order inspecting Mr.
Bromleys Bill of
disbursments on Account
of Hicks hall Etc}

Whereas Thomas Bromley< no role > Gent late House keeper of the
Sessions house called Hicks hall in St. John Street in this County
and also Cryer of the Sessions of the peace for the Same County
resigned his Said places of House keeper & Cryer in February
Sessions One thousand Seven hundred and thirty [..] Six,
And then desired that the Court of the Same Sessions would
be pleased to Order that he might be repaid Several Sums
of money mentioned in his bill of particulars
amounting together to twenty pounds four Shillings &
Seven pence, half penny, which he alledged to have
been by him disbursed for Several repaires done to
Hicks hall , for insureing the Same against fire, and for
other payments on account of Hicks hall , And also that
the Bond might be delivered up, which was by him given for
keeping Hicks hall in repaire, and delivering up the goods
belonging to this County mentioned in an Inventory
written under the Same to Such person as the Justices in
Sessions should appoint to take possession there of for their
use, which matter was referred to the consideration of a
Committee of his Maties Justices of the peace for the Said
County in that behalf appointed by Order made in
February Sessions aforesaid, Now upon information,
given unto this Court on behalf of the Said Mr. Bromley
that he delivered up all the County goods to Mr. Osborne
the Succeeding Housekeeper & Cryer for the use of the
Justices of the peace of this County, And that the Said
Committee hath not yet met touching the malters to
them referred as aforesaid, It was prayed that the Said
Committee will be pleased to meet there upon to the
