prosecutor And in case the Sessions of the peace for the Said
County Shall beginn at Hicks hall in an afternoon or at
Westminster hall , the first three days next after the day, on
which Such Sessions Shall So beginn, in the forenoon of
the Same days Shall be allowed for the trial of traverses of
persons Indicted of which trial two days notice is to be
given to the prosecutor, And no person Indicted or to
be Indicted Shall be admitted to try his or her traverse
afterwards [..] without an Order of Court, Unless he or
She be a prisoner in custody in Some prison belonging to
this County.
