to repair the said Bridge, And that the Receipt or Receipts of three
of the said Committee or such Person by them Authorized as
aforesaid shall be a Sufficient discharge or discharges to the
said Treasurer for such Payment or Payments, And the said
Committee are desired to View and take care that the said
Bridge be well and Sufficiently repaired and to certify an
Amount of their proceedings and to make further Application
to the Court of General or Quarter Sessions of the Peace for this
County in relation to the premisses as Occasion may require,
And to the Intent that the Arrears Standing out and Uncollected
upon the said Rate may begott in and reced This Court doth
further Order that new precepts be delivered to the Church
wardens Overseers of the poor and Petty Constables of the
several parishes and Places in this County who have not paid
the Moneys Assessed upon them by the said Rate for the Speedy
Levying and Collecting of the same, And that they be Indirted for
their Contempt and Neglect if the said Moneys be not raised
and paid in a reasonable times.

It is Ordered by this Court that it be Audit is hereby recommended and
referred unto the Committee of his Majesties Justices of the Peace
