publick Bridge called Brentford Bridge (being a County
Bridge belonging to this County) It appeareth to this Court
by the Said Report that the Said Mr. Clitherow & Mr. Tarver
did contract with and employ Robert Peirson a Carpenter
to doe the Carpenter's work necessary to be done thereto,
whose bill for the Same amounts to five pounds & ten
pence, and Crispin Tredway a Farmer to provide, lay on
& Spread eighty load of gravel upon the Said Bridge,
whose bill for the Same (all charges included) amounts to
Seven pounds two Shillings & four pence, And that Since the
Said repaires have been done the Said Mr. Clitherow & Mr.
Tarver have also taken a view thereof and find that the Same
is done according to their agreement with the Said
Robert Peirson< no role > & Crispin Tredway & at a very reasonable
price, And the Said Peirson & Tredway praying that
the Said respective Sums due to them respectively for the
Same may be paid unto them, It is Ordered by this Court
that John Higgs< no role > Gent General Treasurer of this County
doe out of the publick money in his hands pay the Said
Sum of five pounds & ten pence unto the Said Robert
Peirson and the Said Sum of Seven pounds two Shillings
& four pence unto the Said Crispin Tredway in full of
their Said respective demands, And that the respective
receipts of the Said Robert Peirson< no role > & Crispin Tredway< no role >
together with this Order Shall be Sufficient discharges to
the Said Treasurer for Such respective payments.

Whereas Jeremiah Gregory< no role > & William Saunders< no role > were
at the General Sessions of the peace holden for this County
in the Month of December last tryed by Jury and convicted
upon an Indictment against them for assaulting, beating
& wounding Robert Hes< no role > , and were each of them fined one
Shilling which was Ordered to be estreated, and were
each of them committed to the House of Correction at
Clerkenwell there to be kept to hard labour for the Space
of Six Months, Now upon information given unto this
Court that the Said Jeremiah Gregory< no role > & William
