Monday the thirteenth day of January instant his account
in writing of all Such Sum & Sums of money as had been paid
or Should before the Said thirteenth day of January instant
be paid to him by vertue of a Rate made for raiseing of
moneys for repaire of the publick Bridges of this County, and
from what parishes or places in this County, and of his
disbursements out of the Same, and of all Such Sum & Sums
of money as Should be then Standing out and in arreare
upon the Said Rate, And that he Should on the Same day
produce proper vouchers for his SaidRate, And that he
should in the Same day produceAccount & to the intent
that the Said Account & Vouchers might be laid before this
Court on this present Thursday the Sixteenth day of
January instant, And the Said Mr. Barker not haveing produced
his Said Account or Vouchers before this Court either on the
Said thirteenth or on this Sixteenth day of the Same Month
of January It is Ordered by this Court that it be And It is hereby
referred to the Committed of his Maties Justices of the peace
for this County appointed to take the Accounts of the Treasurers
of the Said County to consider of Some proper method to be
taken to oblige the Said Henry Barker< no role > Esquire to give a true
Account of all Sum & Sums of money by him reced as
Treasurer by vertue of the Said Rate, and of his disbursements
out of the Same, and of allSuchSum & Sums of money
Standing out & in arreare upon the Same Rate, and to
produce proper Vouchers for his Said Account, And to make
their Report in writing touching the premisses to the Court
of the next General Sessions of the peace for this County on the
County day of the Same Sessions.

It is Ordered by this Court that the Bills of Chrispen Tredway< no role > &
Robert Peirson< no role > for work, gravell, & materialls by them
respectively found, provided & done in & about repairing of
Brentford Bridge in this County, which bills were transmitted
to this Court by John Tarver< no role > Esqr . one ofthe his Maties
Justices of the peace of this County, be and they are hereby
referred to the consideration of the Committee of his Maties
Justices of the peace of the Said County appointed to lake
the Accounts of the Treasurers of the Same County, the
gravelling & repaireing of the Said Bridge haveing been
directed by an Order made in August Sessions last, And
the Said Committee is hereby empowered to Order the
payment of the moneys which they Shall find due upon
the Said Bills respectively if the Same Committee Shall
