for the future be made by the Court of General or Quarter
Sessions of the peace for this County for the granting of any
lease of any lands or Tenements belonging to this County to
any person or persons whatsoever nor any motion be made
for that purpose unless twenty Justices of the peace for the
Said County or more be present, And that one Months notice be
given in the London Gazett that the premisses are to be lett
before any Such Order be made, As by an Order in Such
behalf made in December Sessions one thousand Seven
hundred and twenty two was Ordered & directed.

By the Court
By Adjornmt. on Thursday the 25th. day of April 1734 .

the Trearer of the Vagrant
money to be allowed £10.
to gett in & receive the
Same from the Several
persons into whose hands
the Same Shall be paid}

Whereas a Rate was made by this Court on this twenty fifth day of
April instant upon the Severall parishes hamlets & places within
the respective Hundreds & Divisions in this County for raiseing of
moneys to defray the expences of passing & releiving of Vagrants,
And this Court hath appointed John Higgs< no role > Gent to be Treasurer &
Receiver of the moneys to be collected by vertue of the Said Rate,
It is Ordered by this Court that the Said Mr. Higgs be allowed the
Sum of ten pounds for his trouble and expences (besides the
expences of any prosemtion or prosecutions) to gett in & receive
the moneys to be raised and collected by vertue of the Said Rate
from the Several persons into whose hands the Same Shall be
paid, And that the Said Mr. Higgs be at liberty to deduct the Said
Sum of ten pounds out of the Said moneys to be by him received
as Treasurer.
