Sessions of the peace for this County from all damages costs
& expences which shall or may happen to them or any of
them by means of his or their signing such warrant of
distress as aforesaid.

By adjornmt. on Thursday the 6th. day of December 1733

Order to consider of a
Method for getting in the
publick money in arreare
from the parish of St. Giles
in the fields or any other
place in Holborn Division

It is Ordered by this Court that Sr. Joseph Ayloff< no role > Houlding Bart< no role > .
& Nathaniel Chandler< no role > Esqr . two of his Maties Justices of the peace
of this County be added to the Committee of his Maties
Justices of the peace of the said County appointed to take
the accounts of the Treasurers of the same County, and
the said Sr. Joseph Ayloff< no role > Houlding & Mr. Chandler are
hereby authorized to act with the said Justices appointed
to take the said accounts or any of them touching the
matters to them referred, And It is hereby recomended
and referred unto the Committee of Justices above
menconed to take an account and examin What sum
or Sums of the publick money are yet standing out & in
arreare from the parish of St. Giles in the fields or any
other parish or place in Holborne Division in this
County dureing the time that James Sharpless< no role > Gent
was high Constables of the Said Division or Since the
time that Alexander Clarke< no role > Gent (the present high
Constable) was appointed high Constable of the same
Division, And to consider of the best method, they can
for getting in the same and causeing the Same to be paid
to Mr. John Higgs< no role > the General Treasurer of this
County subject to the Orders of Sessions touching his
disposeall thereof And to make their Report touching
the matters aforesaid to the Court of General
Quarter or General Sessions of the peace for this
County.
