desireing an Order for payment of the same) such sum of
of money as the said Mr. Tarver shall find to be remaining
due to the said James Evered< no role > for the arreares of his said
Pention at the time of his death, And that the receipt of the
said Elizabeth Evered together with this Order shall be a
sufficient discharge to the Said Mr. Tarver for such
payment.

Order for Mr. John Higgs< no role >
the General Trearer to
deliver up to unto Andrew
Osborne Esqr . late Trearer
of Vagrant money a Note
by him given for paymt.
of £50}

This Court being informed and well satisfyed that Andrew
Osborne Esqr . late Treasurer of the moneys raised by vertue of a
Rate made in July Sessions One thousand seven hundred &
thirty one to defray the expences of passing & releiving of
Vagrants hath paid the sum of fifty pounds by him
received by vertue of the said Rate & remaining in his
hands unto Mr. John Higgs< no role > General Treasurer of this
County, for payment of which sum the said Mr. Osborne
hath heretoford given his note under his hand
payable to the said Mr. Higgs or Order, It is Ordered
by this Court that the said Mr. Higgs doe forthwith
deliver up the aforesaid Note to the said Mr. Osborne.

Order for Mr. Edmd. Bellis< no role >
high Constable within the
Hundred of Edmonton to
account for the publick
money by him reced and
to pay the ballance to Mr
John Higgs< no role > the General
Trearer }

It is Ordered this Court that Edmond Bellis< no role > Gent high
Constable within the Hundred of Edmonton in this County do
forthwith attend Mr. John Mr. John Higgs< no role > General Treasurer of this
County, and deliver to the said Mr. Higgs an account of
all the publick moneys reced by him the said Edmond Bellis< no role >
by vertue of any Rate or Rates made by the General Quarter
or General Sessions of the peace for the said County (for
which he hath not year accounted) and how he hath
disposed of the same, And after the aforesaid account of the said
Mr. Bellis shall be settled & adjusted and after his payment of
what moneys shall be found remaining in his hands upon
the ballance of his said account to the said General
Treasurer the Court will give direction for discharging the
said Edmond Bellis< no role > from his said Office of high Constable.
