Shall have first given a Satisfactory account touching
the moneys already Ordered or which may hereafter
be Ordered to be raised for the purposes aforesaid or any
of them unto the Court of General Quarter or General
Sessions of the peace for this County or to Such person or

Upon reading the humble peticon of John
Wheatley of< no role > the paish of St. Sepulchre in this County
Glazier exhibited unto this Court Setting forth that there
is due to the petr. upon his bill now by him produced
for Glazeing work by him done at the Sessions house
called Hicks Hall in St. John Street in the Said County the
Sume of two pounds & nine Shillings, And the Petr.
praying that this Court will Order him payment
thereof This Court being Satisfied of the truth of the
premisses Doth Order that John Higgs< no role > Gent General
Treasurer of this County doe out of the publick
money in his hands forthwith pay unto the Said
John Wheatley< no role > the Said Sume of two pounds and
nine Shillings in full payment & Satisfaccon of his
Said demand, whose receipt together with this Order
Shall be a Sufficient discharge to the Said Treasurer for
Such payment.
