of Glasshouse yard }

It is Ordered by this Court that Andrew Osborne< no role > Esqr . Treasurer of
the moneys raised in this County for the passing & releiving of
Vagrants Doe thereout pay unto John Taylor< no role > one of the late
Constables of the Liberty of Glasshouse Yard in the parish of St.
Botolph without Aldersgate in the Said County the Sume of
Sixteen Shillings & Six pence, and alsoe unto Francis Oliver< no role >
another of the late Constables of the Said Liberty the Sume of two
pounds Six Shillings & Six pence, and alsoe unto in Satisfaccon of
the moneys allowed to the Said John Taylor< no role > & Francis Oliver< no role >
respectively for their trouble & expences in passing & releiving
of Vagrants, (which Sumes by a former Order made in May
Sesions one thousand Seven hundred and thirty were
directed to be paid to them by William Cotesworth< no role > Esqr . the then
Treasurer Since deced, but were not by him paid and are yet
remaining due) And the respective receipts of the Said John
Taylor & Francis Oliver< no role > together with this Order Shall be
Sufficient discharge to the Said Mr. Osborne for Such respective
payments,

of the next Sessions Etc}

Upon reading of an Order of the right Honble. the Lord high
Chancellor of Great Britain dated the third day of April last
made in a matter depending before his Lordship between William
Hall & others Constables & Headboroughs of the parish of St. Giles
in the fields in the County of Middx and Robert Midford< no role > Esqr.
one of the Justices of the peace of the Said County It is Ordered
by this Court that the matters charged in the Affidavits of Ann
Smith, Edward Bentley< no role > Gent , Ann Dewning< no role > Mary Thomas< no role > and
Hannah Shant< no role > , and Edmond Tayor Togwell & Joseph staton< no role >
against Several of the Constables & Headboroughs of the Said
parish (vizt.) William Wood< no role > , William Hall< no role > Jonathan Thistleton< no role >
John Wilshire< no role > , Edward pridham< no role > & Joseph Hunt< no role > , be heard by the
Court of the next General Quarter Sessions of the peace to be
holden for the Said County on Monday the third day of July next
at ten of the Clock in the forenoon, And that they doe then attend
the Said Court to heare & abide the Judgments and determinacon
of the Same Court touching the promisses, And notice of this Order
is to be forthwith given by them or their Agent to the Said
persons by whom the Said Affidavits were made.
