take the Trears accounts}

It is ordered by this Court that the bill of costs of Mr. John Higgs< no role >
for busyness by him done and transacted and Councells fees
and other expences by him defrayed on behalfe of this County
in making a defence against a prosecucon carryed on by
Thomas Robe< no role > and John Matthews< no role > Esqrs . clerk of the Market
of the Kings household an Indictment by them
preferred against Richard Norwood< no role > Gent high Constable
within the Hundred of Elthorne in this County in relacon
to the said Office, and alsoe in the defence of an accon at
Law by them comenced against him in relacon to fees
by then claymed by colour of the said Office, and alsoe
in the Supporting of Severall Orders of Sessions removed
by vertue of a writt of Cercorari into the Court of Kings
Bench, be and the same is hereby referred to the
consideracon of the Committee of his Maties Justices of
the peace of this County appointed to take the Treasurers
accounts who are hereby desired to inspect the said Bill of
costs, and to make a Report of it to the Court of the next General
Quarter Sessions of the peace for this County on the County
day of the same Sessions.

It is Ordered by this Court that Andrew Osborne< no role > Esqr . Treasurer
of the moneys raised or Ordered to be raised in this County for
Satisfaccon of the allowances to Constables or others for their
trouble and expences in passing & releiving of Vagrants Doe
thereout or immediately after he shall have Sufficient
thereof in his hands pay unto the respective persons hereunder
named late Constables of the parish of St. Giles in the fields in
the said County for the year one thousand seven hundred
and twenty nine the respective Sumes of money following
(Vizt.)
