by then claymed by colour of the said Office, and alsoe
in the Supporting of Severall Orders of Sessions removed
by vertue of a writt of Cercorari into the Court of Kings
Bench, be and the same is hereby referred to the
consideracon of the Committee of his Maties Justices of
the peace of this County appointed to take the Treasurers
accounts who are hereby desired to inspect the said Bill of
costs, and to make a Report of it to the Court of the next General
Quarter Sessions of the peace for this County on the County
day of the same Sessions.
