the same as keeping a disorderly House
at the last
Generall Renewall of Licences holden for the
Division of New Brentford
by Six Justices of the Peace
of that Division assembled in Petty Sessions being appointed
to be heard on this Tenth day of July instant, And a Letter
haveing been written by the Clerk of the Peace
to his
Lordship pursuant to an Order of Court to desire his
Lordships presence on this day at Hicks hall
touching the said Matter, but his Lordship not thinking
fit to be present which he signifyed by a Letter from
his Lordship to the Clerk of the Peace Now upon debate
had touching the said Matter And It being insisted on
that the said Gill was not a Person fit to be Licenced
as a Victualler
, And that the granting to him the said
Licence was irregular It is Ordered by this Court
that it be And It is hereby referred unto his Majestyes
Justices of the Peace
residing within the said
Division of New Brentford
to take a proper
Examination touching the said

keeping a
disorderly House in Tickenham aforesaid or
Suffering any and what disorders to be committed
therein since the time of granting to him the Licence
above mentioned And if it shall appear to the said
Justices that the said Gill hath since that time kept
a disorderly House or suffered disorders to
be therein committed Then to oblige the said
Gill to find Sureties by Recognizance for his
Personall appearance at the Sessions of the
Peace for this County to answer for such
Offence, and be dealt with according to Law,
