as aforesaid, And this Court being also of Opinion
that the Validity and extent of the said Patent
as now exercised by the said Patentees ought to
be tryed and determined for the ease and
Satisfaction of the Inhabitants of this County,
And that the Charge of trying the Same, and
alsoe the Charge of defending the said Richard
Norwood upon the said Indictment (for
removeing whereof into the Court of Kings
Bench a Writt of Certiorari hath been
brought by the Prosecutors of the same)
and also of defending any other Officer of
this County who hath duely acted or may
so act in pursuance of the said Resolution of
this Court against any Prosecution by the said
Patentees, ought to be defrayed by this County
Doth thereupon think it fitting And accordingly
doth Order that such Sume or Sumes of Money
as shall be necessary for those purposes be
borrowed out of the Publick Moneys in the
hands of William Cotesworth< no role > Esquire the
Generall Treasurer of this County or of
the Generall Treasurer of this County for the
time being, And that the same shall be from
time to time repaid to such General Treasurer
and replaced out of the Rents of the Estates
belonging to this County as this Court
shall direct,

to pay £6.11s.9d. to Richd.
Wilson Gent high Constable
within the Hundred of
Gore for Moneys by
him disbursed for
passing of Vagrants .

Upon Information given unto this Court by
William Dobyns< no role > Esquire one of his Majestyes
Justices of the Peace for this County resideing
within the Hundred of the Gore in the said County
that there is due to Richard Wilson< no role > Gentleman
