Order for deferring
the appointing of any
more Searchers to
inspect the makeing
of Bricks Etc untill
the County day of next
qur. Sess: And then to
consider of a Method
touching the appointing
of such Searchers,

It is Ordered by this Court that no more or other
Searchers (then what are already appointed by
this Court at this present Sessions) be appointed
to view and inspect the making of Bricks and
Pantiles in this County pursuant to the Act of
Parliament in such case made, untill the
County day of the next Generall Quarter Sessions
of the Peace for this County, And that it be on
that day after Dinner taken into consideracon
what method shall for the future be observed
and taken by the Court in the Appointing of
such Searchers by examination into the
fitness of their Qualifications for that
Employment or what other proper Method
is fit to be pursued for the effecting the true
intent and meaning of the said Act as to
the Searching and inspecting the makeing
of Bricks and Pantiles,
