all Moneys by him received (by Vertue of any
Rate or Rates or Precept or Precepts to him
directed) of and from the severall Parishes and
Places within the said City and Liberty for
releife of Maimed Soldiers and Mariners
within the Hundreds of Ossulston Edmonton
and Gore in this County and of such Arreares
(if any) as are yet Standing out unto Barwell
Smith Esquire one of his Majesties Justices of
the Peace for the said County and Treasurer
for the Yeare One thousand Seven hundred &
twenty eight of the Moneys raised for reliefe
of such Maimed Soldiers and Mariners,
And in Case the said William Nind< no role > shall
make default in not delivering such Account
as aforesaid he is to be Indicted for his
refusall and contempt,

P adjorn Jovis 22o. die May 1729

Order for granting
a Bench Warrant
against Wm. Lonsdale< no role >
Gent high Constable
of Kensington Division
to answer to an
Indictment ,

It is Ordered by this Court that a Bench Warrant
be granted against William Lonsdale< no role > Gentleman
high Constable of Kinsington Division in
this County in Order to apprehend him and
Oblige him to find Sureties by Recognizance
for his Personall appearance at the Sessions
of the Peace for this County to answer to
an Indictment preferred and found against
him for not produceing his Account of the
Publick Money by him received before
the Court of Sessions of the Peace for
this County pursuant to an Order of
Count in that behalfe made,
