nor Servants doe fire throw or cast or be aiding or
assisting in the fireing throwing or casting of any
Squibbs Rockets Serpents Crackers or other fireworks
into any Publique Street House Coach Shop Highway
Road or passage under the Penalty of Twenty Shillings
or in Case of Non payment or disability of a Months
Imprisonment in the House of Correction And that
neither they nor their Children nor Servants doe make
give, Sell or utter or expose to Sale any Squibbs
Rocketts Serpents Crackers or other Fireworks or
any Cases Molds or Implements for makeing thereof
under paine of incurring the Penalty of Five Pounds
inflicted by the said Act of Parliament And It is
further Ordered by this Court that in case any Person
or Persons shall offend within the said severall
Parishes Hambletts or Places in any of the
particulars above mentioned In contempt of the
said Act of Parliament That then the Petty
Constables and Headboroughs of the said Parishes
Hambletts and Places respectively doe take and
apprehend such Person or Persons who shall soe
offend, and carry him her or them before one or more
of the Justices of the Peace for this County To the end
such Offenders may be brought to Condign Punishment
and undergoe the Penaltys menconed in the said Act of
Parliament And It is hereby recomended to the several
Justices of the Peace for this County Inhabiting
within the said severall Divisions at their Petty
Sessions or elsewhere to put the said Act of
Parliament in Execution against such Persons as
Shall offend against the same, And to give, such
proper Directions for that purpose as they shall
think fit unto the said High Constables and Severall
Petty Constables and Headboroughs within their
respective Divisions And It is further Ordered by
