the said Sume of One Hundred Pounds And
to Issue forth their Warrant under their
hands and Seules to be directed to the High
Constable of each Division within the said
Hundred and their respective Petty Constables
and head boroughs requireing them ratebly
and proportionably forthwith to Tax and Assess
the Inhabitants within the Parishes and
Places in each Division towards payment
of the said Rate to be made upon such
Parishes and Places, and forthwith to
Collect and levy the Moneys to be soe
assessed upon the said Inhabitants and
to pay the Same within ten days after their
receipt thereof to the said Justices of the Peace
or one of them to be disposed of according
to the true Intent and meaning of the Statute
in such Case made and provided, But the said
Justices of the Peace (after their reimburseing
and paying to the said Daniel Waite< no role > the Moneys
levyed on him as aforesaid and to Mr. John
Rolfe Attorney at Law his Bill of Costs
amounting to One Pound fifteen Shillings and
eight pence for defence of the Suit in which
the said Judgment was obtained by the said
Robert Bent< no role > as aforesaid and other incident
Charges as aforesaid which the said Justices of
the Peace are hereby directed to pay) are
desired to take the Direction of the Court of
Generall or Quarter Sessions of the Peace for
this County before they dispose of the residue
