as aforesaid, that this Court will be pleased to
make him such Abatement out of the said
Sume of Twenty Pounds or Order him such
other Reliefe as this Court should think meet,
Now upon Consideration had of the Premisses
This Court is of Opinion that the said Sume of
twenty Pounds per Annum ought to be paid by
the Petitioner on Account of Repairing New
Prison aforesaid And doth accordingly
Order that the same be by him paid according
to the tenor of the respective Orders of the
Sessions of the Peace of this County in that
behalfe made And this Court Doth
thereupon Order that the aforesaid Petition
be Dismissed and the same is hereby dismissed
accordingly.

It is Ordered by this Court that James Baynham< no role > Tennant
of a Messuage and Garden called the Mulberry Garden
with the Appartenances in the Parish of St. James
Clerkenwell in this County part of the Estate belonging
to this County and alsoe that John Bellers< no role > John Hopes< no role >
Daniel Vandewall< no role > John Baker< no role > John Constantine< no role >
Jacob Hagen< no role > Robert Frame and Robert Emerson< no role >
Tennants of part of the Corporation Workhouse at
Clerkenwell in the same Parish and of the Buildings and
Appurtenances thereunto belonging other part of the Estate
belonging to this County, Doe from henceforth respectively
pay their respective Arrears of Rent and accrewing
Rents which now are or shall or may hereafter become
