Milner Esquire their Chairman and Sir John gonson< no role >
accompanyed by the Commission of Peace in a Body
It is Ordered by this Court (Nemine Contradicente)
that the Clerke of the Peace of this County or
his Deputy doe waite upon or write a Letter
to Samuel Buckley< no role > Esquire the Gazettere to
desire that he will Inform this Court by what
means Sir John gonsons Name came to be
particularly inserted in the said Gazett as one
of the Justices who presented that Address,

This Court being Informed that the Gazette of the
1st. of Augt. last takes Notice that the Address
from the Justices of the Peace for this County in
Sessions Assembled was presented by John
Milner Esqr. their Chairman and Sr. John
gonson accompanied by the Commission of
Peace in a Body desire you will be pleased
to Inform them by what means Sir John
gonson's name came to be particularly
incerted therein as One of the Justices
who presented that Address, It is Name
not being mentioned in the Indorsement
upon the Original Address
