the Parish of Harrow in the said Hundred
Gentleman to be high Constable within the
same Hundred in the room of the said Waning for
Grome And doth alsoe appoint Richard Wilson< no role > of
the Parish of London in the said Hundred
Gentleman to be High Constable within the
same Hundred in the room and place of the
said Joseph Sutton< no role > And this Court doth Order
that the said William Newman< no role > and Richard
Wilson
< no role > doe forthwith after Notice hereof
attend William Dolyns< no role > Esquire or some other
of his Majestyes Justices of the Peace for this
County Inhabiting within the said Hundred
of Gore , and take their respective Oaths for
their due Execution respectively of the Office
of High Constable within the said Hundred
And from and after such time as the said
William Newman< no role > Shall have taken such
Oath the said Wanington Grome< no role > is to be
Discharged from his said Office of High
Constable

of Robberys
comitted within
the Hundred of
Ossulston for
raiseing £100.

Complaint being made unto this Court by Daniel
Waite of the Parish of St. Sepulchre within the
Hundred of Ossulston in this County Esquire
That the Sume of Seventy Pounds hath been
levyed on him by the Sheriff of Middlesex by
Vertue of & Writt of Fieri facias issued forth
on a Judgment obtained by Robert Bent< no role >
Gentleman in the Court of Common Pleas at
