Upon reading the Report of George Bourne< no role > Richard
March
< no role > William Gould< no role > James Brain< no role > and Abraham
Addams
< no role > Esquires Justices of the Peace for this County
residing within the Hundred of Edmonton in the said
County made unto this Court wherein It is expressed
that they the said Justices doe (in pursuance of an
Order made at the Generall Quarter Sessions of
the Peace held for this County by adjournment on
Thursday the Thirteenth day of Aprill last) by their
said Report Certify That they have agreed and
Contracted with Henry Mackeris< no role > Gentleman High
Constable of the Parish of Endfield in this County for his
due and faith Conveying of Vagrants in and through
this County And that they have taken Security for his
due performance of the same at the late of Fourty
Pounds per Annum Salary for such Service to Comence
at Lady Day now last past to be paid him Quarterly
in such manner as the Court of Generall or Quarter
Sessions of the Peace for this County should from time to
time Order and direct, which said Salary of Forty pounds
per Annum shall be exclusive of all Charges and
Expences of Conveying or relieving any Person or
Persons by Vertue of any Passes or Permitts from
his Majesties Secretary at Warr, as in and by the
said Order was directed and appointed This Court
on Consideration had of the Premisses Is of
Opinion And doth accordingly Order that the said
Report and the Matters and Things therein
Contained be ratifyed and Confirmed and the
same are hereby Ratifyed and Confirmed
accordingly,
