Westminster against the Inhabitants of the said
hundred of Ossulston for the said Sume on Account
of a Robbery committed upon him within the
Said Hundred, and that the said Daniel Waite< no role >
hath not yet had any Contribution towards
his Reimbursement from the rest of the
Inhabitants of the said Hundred And he therefore
prayed that he may be reimbursed the said
Sume Levyed on him as aforesaid This Court
being Satisfyed of the truth of the Premisses
and that Moneys have been alsoe expended
for the said Inhabitants in defence of the said
Suit, for which noe Contribution hath been Yet
made, and that another Action hath been alsoe
brought by another Person against the said
Hundred on Account of another Robbery
Committed within the said Hundred which is
yet depending and Unsatisfyed Is of Opinion
that a Sume of One Hundred Pounds be raised
for reimburseing the said Daniel Waite< no role >
the Moneys levyed on him as aforesaid and
for defraying the Expence of depending the
said Suit and for or towards Satisfying the
said other Action and for other incident
Charges for Orders and Warrants and
delivering the same to raise the Moneys
aforesaid And doth therefore Order that it be
And It is hereby recommended and referred
unto John Fuller< no role > and William Cotesworth< no role >
Esquires Justices of the Peace for this County
to make a Rate upon the Severall Parishes
and Places in the respective Divisions within
the said hundred of Ossulston for raiseing of
