of Chertsea Bridge

It is Ordered by this Court that Philip Willshire< no role > Esquire
one of his Majesties Justices of the Peace of this County
and Treasurer of the Moneys raised for Repaire of
the Publique Bridges of this County be and he is
hereby desired and directed thereout or immediately
after he Shall have Sufficient thereof in his hands
to repay unto Sir Daniel Dolins< no role > Knight the Generall
Treasurer of this County all such Sume and Sumes
of Money as have been advanced and paid unto
the said Mr. Willshire by the said Sr. Daniel Dolins< no role >
out of any Publique Money in his hands (other than
the Bridge Money by him received of the Executor
of Sir Isaac Tillard< no role > Knight deceased late
Treasurer of the Same) towards the Rebuilding and
Repaireing of Such part of Chertsea Bridge as is
in this County, And that the Receipt or Receipts
of the said Sir Daniel Dolins< no role > together with this
Order Shall be a Sufficient Discharge to the said
Mr. Willshire for such payment or payments.

It is Ordered by this Court that John Jones< no role > Gentleman
late High Constable of Kensington Division in
this County doe attend this Court at Hicks hall in
St. John Street in the said County on Saturday
next at Three of the clock in the afternoon to
Shew cause why he hath not paid the Sume of
Fourty two pounds and Eight pence assessed by
the Court of Generall Quarter Sessions of the
Peace holden for this County by adjornment on
the Fourteenth day of July last upon Kensington
Division aforesaid for and towards raiseing
of Money for Rebuilding and Repairing of Chertsea
