And the said Sr. Daniel Dolius< no role > hath alsoe paid for divers tables,
chaires , curtaines, peer glasses and other Furniture provided for
the said Sessions house for the accomodation of the Justices of the
peace of this County severall other Sumes of Money amounting
together to £115:9s:0d: which severall Sumes of £526:12s:0d:
£34:16s:9d: and £115:9s:0d: paid by the said Sr. Daniel Dolius< no role >
as aforesaid amount in the whole to the Sume of £676:17s:9d:
And the said Comittee by their said Report prayed the
direction of this Court touching the payment of the said
Sume of £386 resting due to the said Workmen as Aforesaid
As by the said Report relation being there unto had may
more at large appeare, This Court upon consideration had of
the aforesaid Report Doth (Nemine contradicente) Order that
the said Report and the matters and things therein specifyed
be ratifyed and confirmed, and the same are hereby ratifyed
and confirmed accordingly, And that the thanks of this Court
be and they are hereby given to the said Comittee for inspecting
the said repaires, and for their great trouble and care therein,
And this Court doth further Order that the said Sr. Daniel
Dolius be and he is hereby desired out of the publique
Moneys remaining in his hands to pay the said one
hundred and forty pounds to the said William Ayres< no role > , the said
one hundred and Six pounds to the said Joseph Dobb< no role > , the
said Seventy pounds to the said Thomas Persehouse< no role > and the
said Sume of Seventy pounds to the said John Woodall< no role > , in
full payment and satisfaction for the worke by them
respectively done for this County at Hicks Hall aforesaid and
of all their demands against the said County, whose
respective receipts together with this Order shall be
sufficient discharges to the said Sr. Daniel Dolius< no role > for such
respective payments.
