out of the Rents of the Estate belonging to this County
after that the Sumes with which such Estate then stood
charged should be paid and not out of the Moneys raised
or to be raised for repairing the said House of Correccon
or other Prisons belonging to this County Now for as much
as this Court is of Opinion that the reimburseing the said
Sume of Fourty eight pounds thirteen Shillings and Six
pence to the said Sir Henry Penrice< no role > or the said Succeeding
Treasurer of Treasurers out of the Rent of the Estate
belonging to this County is very improper It is Ordered by
this Court that such part of the said Order of the Eleventh
day of October last as directs such reimbursment out of
the same be and the same is hereby reversed & discharged
And this Court doth desire that the said Sr. Henry Penrice< no role >
will advance & pay the said Sume of Fourty eight pounds
thirteen Shillings & Six pence upon Accompt of doing the
repairs aforesaid unto such Persons as the said Committee
of Justices or any three of them shall by Writing under
their hands Certify the same to be due and payable
whose Receipts with this Order Shall be sufficient
discharges to the said Sr. Henry Penrice< no role > for such
payments, And this Court doth further Order that the
the said Sume soe to be advanced and paid by the said
Sir Henry Penrice< no role > in pursuance of this Order shall
be refunded and paid to him or the said Succeeding
Treasurer or Treasurers out of the Yearly Sume
of Twenty Pounds payable by the Keeper of New
Prison (for the Time being) to the Clerk of the
Peace of this County or his Deputy on Accompt
of repairing the same Prison,
