five pounds and nineteen Shillings for Carpenters work
Seventeen Shillings and ten pence, For Rag Stones for the
pavement four pounds and Eighteen Shillings, For Painters
work thirteen Shillings Amounting in the whole to the
Sume of twelve pounds Seven Shillings and ten pence,
for which receipts had been produced to them which
being Added to the Said Thirty one pounds Seventeen
Shillings and Four peace Will make the Sume of Forty
four pounds five Shillings and two pence, And that they
Also find that there was due from the Said John Geary< no role >
for the twenty pounds P Ann from the twentieth day of
October One Thousand Seven hundred and twenty Three
to the Twenty fifth day of April one Thousand Seven
hundred and Twenty five (when he Dyed) the Sume
of Twenty Eight pounds Twelve Shillings and Ten pence
which being Deducted out of the Said forty four pounds
five Shillings and two pence there remains fifteen
pounds twelve Shillings and four pence, And it being
alledged by the Said Francis Geary< no role > that Divers Sumes
of Money have been laid out in White Washing the
said prison and in many other repaires for which he
Cannot find any Vouchers (his late Son being very
remiss in keeping his papers and accounts) And that
they upon examining into the truth of the Said
Allegacon finding that the Said prison was White
Washed and Some other repaires done doe think it may
be reasonable to allow in respect thereof four pounds
Seven Shillings and Eight pence, which being Added to
the Said fifteen pounds twelve Shillings and four
pence will make up the Sume of twenty pounds which
Sume they are of opinion may be paid to the Said
Francis Geary< no role > out of the payment of the Said twenty
pounds P Ann, This Court upon Consideration had of the
premisses Is of opinion that the Said Sume of twenty
pounds be allowed to the Said Francis Geary< no role > , And that
