for the materials provided and work by them respectively
performed in doing of the said repairs the several Sumes
following (Vizt.) unto William Holmes< no role > Bricklayer the Sume
of twenty eight pounds fifteen shillings John Dutton< no role >
Carpenter five pounds sixteen shillings John Stable< no role >
Plumber six pounds sixteen shillings Joseph Baker< no role > Smith
three pounds eleven shillings and unto Mr Peter Creswell< no role >
for painting one pound eight shillings It is Ordered by this
Court that Sr. Daniel Dolins< no role > Knt . one of his Maties Justices of
the peace of this County be and he is hereby desired out of
the Moneys paid into his hands by Thomas Burdus< no role > Esqr
Treasurer of the Moneys raised for repaire of the said house
of Correction forthwith to pay unto the said respective
Workmen the respective Sumes of mony above menconed
whowhose several receipts together with this Order shall be
sufficient discharges to the said St. Daniel Dolins< no role > for such
respective payments.

Upon Report made unto this Court (Ore tenns) by Robert
Thornhill
< no role > Esqr . & others of a Comittee of his Majties. Justices of the
Peace of this County concerning the repairing of New Prison at
Clerkenwell in the Said County that the Sume of Nine pounds
fourteen shillings & Six pence is due to several Workmen for
repaires by them done to the said Prison (over and above the
Sume of Forty eight pounds thirteen shillings and Six pence
directed by an Order made in October Sessions last to be
advanced and paid by Sr. Henry Penrice< no role > Knight Treasurer of
the Moneys raised for relief of Maimed Soldiers & Mariners
within the Hundreds of Ossulston Edmonton & Gore in this County
on Account of repairing the said Prison) It is Ordered by this Court
that the said St. Henry Penrice< no role > be and he is hereby desired out
of the Moneys in his hands to advance and pay the Sume of Nine
Pounds fourteen shillings and Six pence unto such Person or
Persons as the said Comittee of Justices (vizt. Robert Thornhill< no role > Esqr
Sr. Isaac Tillard< no role > Knt John Fuller< no role > William Cotesworth< no role > Senr. D' Oyly
Michel
< no role > Richard Gifford< no role > John Troughton< no role > William Kingsford< no role >
Alexander Ward< no role > Joseph Hayne< no role > Thomas Thayer< no role > and Thomas
Robe
< no role > Esquires or any three of them shall by Writing under
their hands certify the same to be due and payable for repaires
done to the said Prison, And that their Receipts with this Orders
shall be sufficient Discharges to the said Sir Henry Penrice< no role >
for such payments And It is further Ordered by this Court that
the said Sr. Henry Penrice< no role > be and he is hereby desired to advance
and pay such further Sume of Money at the said Comittee or
