It is Ordered by this Court that a Letter be writt by the
Clerke of the peace of this County or his Deputy to
Nicholas Philpott< no role > Esqr one of his Maties Justices of the
peace of this County to acquaint him that the Justices
of the peace for the said County now assembled at their
Generall Quarter Sessions holden at Hicks hall doe
desire that he will please to dine with them at
Hicks hall aforesaid on Thursday the third day of
March next being County day of the next Sessions
at one of the clock in the afternoon and after dinner
to answer a complaint against him for detaining the
book wherein the Minutes or Orders of the Petty Sessions
at Edgeware are entred.

peace of Middlesex at their last Generall Quarter Sessions
holden at Hicks hall I write this to acquaint you that
they desire you will please to dine with them at Hickshall
on Thursday the third day of March next being the
County day of the next Sessions at one of the clock in the
afternoon and after dinner to answer a complaint
against you for detaining the book wherein the
Minutes or Orders of the Petty Sessions at Edgeware
and entred I am

It is Ordered by this Court that John Morgan< no role > late Clerke
attending the Petty Sessions of his Maties Justices of the
peace of this County holden at Edgeware in the said County
do attend the Court of the next Generall Sessions of the peace
to be holden for this County by adjourment on Thursday
the third day of March next at three of the clock in the
afternoon to answer to such matters and things as on his
Maties behalfe shall be objected against him and
particularly for detaining the book where in the Minutes
or Orders of the said Petty Sessions are entred.
