twenty ninth day of September now next ensuing and they
further reported that there is due and oweing unto the said
Francis Browne< no role > the Sum of Eleven pounds and four shillings
for repairing the said Bridge some time since which ought
to be forthwith paid him This Court upon consideration
had of the said Report Doth Order that the said Report be
and the same is hereby ratifyed and confirmed And that
such part of the said Bridge as is in this County be
forthwith well and sufficiently repaired and that the
said Francis Browne< no role > do proceed to perform the repairs
thereof in a substantial and Workmanlike manner
pursuant to the said Estimate for the said Sum of Eighty
pounds and after it shall be made appear to the Court
that the said Francis Browne< no role > hath well and sufficiently
repaired such part of the aforesaid Bridge as is in this
County The Court will give Order for paying to him the
said Sum of Eighty pounds for the doing thereof and
also the said Sum of Eleven pounds and four shillings
for the said repairs by him formerly done to the said
Bridge.

for finishing the

Alterations at
Hickshall and
for providing
Furniture Etc.}

For the more Speedy and effectuall finishing and
compleating the Repair's of the Sessions House of
this County called Hickshall in St. John Street
in this County and of the additionall Buildings
and Alterations to be made thereto and for the
provideing of Tables Chairs and other Furniture
fitt for the accomodation of the Justices of the
Peace of this County, It is thought fitt and
Ordered by this Court that it be And It is
hereby recommended and referred unto the
former Committee (Vizt.) the Honourable James
Bertie
