Wee submit it to the Judgement of this Court whether the
said moneys may not be applyed to defray the expence of
repairing the said Sessions house and Offices thereto belonging
and of altering and enlargeing the Court and makeing additional
buildings to the said house which wee compute may amount
to the said Sume of Six hundred pounds. But incase this Court
Court shall be of opinion that the said Sessions house should
be rebuilt the charge whereof estimate will amount to
the said Sume of Sixteen hundred pounds. Then wee
humbly conceive that it will be requisite to apply to parliament
for power to raise money for that purpose, All which wee
humbly submit to the Judgment of this Court.
