of evill disposed Persons as doe usually meet at such
Places & on such occasions For the Prventing of which
mischeife & disorders for the future It is thought fitt
& ordered by this Court that the high Constable of
Holborne Division in this County doe forthwith issue
forth his Prcepts to the Petty Constables of Tottenhoe als
Tottenhall als Tottenham Court & other the Constables
& Headboroughs of the Parish of St. Pancras requireing
them to give Publick native of this Order by affixing
this order on the most notorious Places or by such
other ways & meanes as they shall think most proper
within their respective divisions for the better
notification hereof, and to the end that no Persons
may Prtend ignorance, And in Case any of the
said Comon Players of Interludes or others shall
notwithstanding shew or Act any such Plays or
Drolls or keep any gameing houses or gameing
tables the send high and Petty Constables and
all other Officers are hereby required to apprehend
& carry them before one or more of his
Majestyes Justices of the Peace for this County
dwelling nearest to the Places where any such
Booths or gameing houses or gameing Tables
shall be erected or erecting to the end they may
be Punished according to the Laws in such case
made and Provided And it is further ordered
that all the high Constables Petty Constables
and other Officers within this County where
any Booths shall be erecting or where they
shall be credibly informed any such Drolls
Plays or gameing are intended to be shewed or
carryed on shall act in the same or life
manner and observe and obey the same orders
