within their respective jurisdiccons Divisions or parishes
as is before ordered concerning the high Constable
Petty Constables & other Officers of Holborn Division
And for the better Prventing or suppressing of the
Disorders aforesaid, It is alsoe recomended to the Justices
of the Peace within their severall Divisions to meet
together to take & use such lawfull means as may be
most effectuall for preventing the abuses aforesaid
Wherein all High Constables Petty Constables and other
Officers are required to be aiding and assisting with their
utmost diligence as they will answer the contrary at their
Perill And it is Further ordered by this Court that this
order be forthwith printed & published in one or more
of the Publick news Papers for the better notification
thereof.

Order that use
traverse shall be tryed
after the end of the
first three days in
Sessions, (some spiall
cases excepted)

This Court takeing Notice that the trying of Traverses after
the End of the first three days in any Generall or Quarter
Sessions of the Peace holden at Hicks hall in St. John
Street in & for this County (tho' leave of the Court
hath been granted for that Purpose) doth Very much
retard the hearing of [..] Appeales discharge of
Recognizonces & the dispatch of the other business of
the Court For Prevencon of Such Inconvenience for
the future Doth order that noe Traverse Upon any
Indictmt. be hereafter tryees after the End of the first
three days in any Generall or Quarter Sessions of the
Peace to be holden for this County at Hicks Hall aforesd.
Unless it be in some speciall case where the Governmt.
is concerned or where any Prisoner or Prisoners indicted
for any offence or Misdemeanors shall lye in Custody
under such Prosecucon And to the end that all
Sollicitors & others may have Notice hereof It is
further ordered that this order be fixed up upon
one of the Pillars of this Court.
