and some of the said Clerkes have comitted irregularityes
& used indirect practices, whereby the prosecucons on such
Indictmts. have proved ineffectuall, & the Persons for
whom they were concerned have been very much
injured For prevencon of which Sollicitacons of the
said Clerkes & of Such irregularities & inconveniencies
for the future It is thought fit & ordered by this
Court that noe Cerke to any of the Justices of the
peace for this County Shall Sollicite for any Person
indicted or to be indicted or any other Defd. at any
Generall or Qur. Sessions of the peace to be held for
this County, And to the end that allysons concerned
may have notice hereof, It is further ordered by this
Court that this Order be fixed up upon one of the
Pillars of this Court & Alsoe upon the outward
gates thereof.
