for the said City and let him this Deponent

the benefit of his the said Joseph Harford< no role >
's Testimony
but that he would certainly be in London
at the Succeeding Session
Which Information this Deponent
verily believes
to be trueAnd this Deponent
further saith
that he hath since made and lately caused to be
made all due enquires respecting the said Joseph
Harford< no role >
to know if the said Joseph Harford was
returned in order that he this Deponent
might
have the benefit of his Testimony at this present
Session and hath been informed by Joseph Gage< no role >
of the same place parish and County with whom the
said Joseph Harford worked when in London
that
said Joseph Harford< no role >
was not returned nor was
expected to return till the latter end of this
Month which Information this Deponent
also
verily believes to be true And this Deponent
lastly saith that the said Joseph Harford< no role >
is a
very material Witness
for this Deponent
on his
trail for the above offence, that he hath every
reason to believe and doth believe that the
said Joseph Harford< no role >
with be in London
before
and at the next Session for the said City, that this
Deponent
will then have the benefit of the
said Joseph Harfords Testimony and without
which this Deponent
cannot safely proceed to Trail
