Oath and saith that he returned to Town from Maidstone in Kent on
Monday Evening last at which time he found a Summons which had
been left at his house during his absence from house, for his attendance
as the Sessions of the Peace at Guildhall at Nine 'oclock in the Morning
of the said Monday as a Juryman, And this deponent saith that he
left Town before the said Summons was left and did not return until
Monday Evening as aforesaid
