On the prosecution of
William Pyatt< no role >
for a Misdemeanor

Walter Gage of No. 8 Charles Street in the
parish of Saint Paul Covent Garden in the City and
Liberty of Westminster and County of Middlesex
Officer to His Majestys Palace Court maketh Oath
and saith That at the Session of Oyer and Terminer for
the City of London preceding the last Session for the
said City he was Indicted by the said William Pyatt< no role >
for Wilful and Corrupt perjury And that he this
Deponent at the last Session of Oyer and Terminer for
the said City of London appeared and pleaded thereto
and put in Bail to take his Trail on the said
Indictment at this present Session of Oyer and
Terminer for the said city of London And
this Deponent further saith that Joseph Harford< no role >
of the place parish and County aforesaid Hair Dresser
who is Material Witness for this Deponent did
about the beginning of the last Month inform this
Deponent that he the said Joseph Harford< no role > was
obliged to leave London and go to Bath on business
which he the said Joseph Harford< no role > could not neglect
but that he the said Joseph Hadford< no role > , would, if it
was any ways possible for him, be in London
before this present Session of Oyer and Terminer
