Wyman Saith that having been out on an
Errand from Mr. Smiths Shop about six o'Clock
yesterday Evening as she returned & was coming
into the Shop, she saw the Prisoner

at the end of the Compter under the
Window board stooping down with the Shoes now
produced under his Arm, she seized hold of him
& he dragged her out of the Shop being the
shonger but with the Assistance of the other
Informant
William Farmer he was brought
back again & secured. And this Informant
William Farmer< no role >
saith that upo the Alarm
given he came out of the back Parlour and
assisted in taking the Prisoner
into Custody
& the Shoes were found upon the Pavement
& he brought back into the Shop & charged in
Custody of an Officer
